TOM HARDY'S STILL IN THE MOB!

REPORTS that TOM HARDY was fired from the Paramount+ hit MobLand after he clashed with costar HELEN MIRREN are seemingly greatly exaggerated. The English dame, 80, took to Instagram after news broke that the actor, 48, was dumped to praise him with the simple message, “Love you now and always.” Though The Daily Mail sensationally - and erroneously - reported that Hardy was history, it was later confirmed that he had not been let go. In fact, talks are reportedly underway to bring him back “for season 3 and things are being worked through creatively.”

Still, it has also been reported that Tom was at odds with producers, including executive producer JEZ BUTTERWORTH. Tom “refused to come out of his trailer for hours at a time,” a source said. “He kept the cast waiting, [which is] a power play. Keeping PIERCE BROSNAN, Helen Mirren and others waiting is career suicide, would wager.”

Meanwhile, Variety reported that director and executive producer GUY RITCHIE “likes working with Tom. I’m sure Guy is probably pushing [producer] DAVID GLASSER to make it work.”

SHIA CHARGED FOR MARDI GRAS BRAWL

His daughters revealed his May 25 death, saying it was due to “a sudden and severe case of ALS.” The series, starring LILY COLLINS, is filming its sixth and final season.

SYDNEY SWEENEY recently flashed her boobs again on HBO’s Euphoria, but some believe the overexposure could wreck the 28-year-old beauty’s career. DAVE QUAST, a crisis and reputation management expert, says, “Euphoria clearly helped establish Sydney Sweeney as a fearless performer... and that’s part of why she broke through. THE Graduate star WILLIAM DANIELS, 99, and Little House on the Prairie actress BONNIE BARTLETT, 96, have demolished the Tinseltown quickie-divorce myth. They celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary on June 20 - and that includes surviving a shocking “open marriage” period! The lovebirds met at Northwestern University, where Daniels recalls: “There was this blonde, and I thought, ‘She looks interesting.’ And so I waited for her as the class filed out. And as she passed me, I said, ‘How about a cup of coffee?’ And she said, ‘You’re too short,’” since he’s 5-foot-7. “He said, ‘Oh, come on,’” continues Bonnie, “and we’ve been together ever since.”

The pair wed in 1951 and adopted two sons after their infant William Jr. died shortly after birth in 1961. Bartlett also admits to an “open marriage” period, saying, “Bill and I never sit down and make rules... We just live our lives. And if he’s away for a year... Our lives just went on ... we never got unhinged... but our lives did go in different directions occasionally.” She says of their long union: “It is amazing - especially in our business.”

CHRIS DODD in the Dodd-Frank Bill to prevent financial institutions and Wall Street from running amok without regulation.

Reality TV brat SPENCER PRATT, who’s running for L.A. mayor, got an unasked-for boost from PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP. With both men having a background in reality TV, Trump told a reporter: “I’d like to see him do well. He’s a character... I don’t know him, assume he probably supports me. Does he support me?” While Pratt is a Republican, he’s claimed he’s not MAGA.

JACK OSBOURNE - son of the late bat-biting rocker OZZY and his gabfest-star wife, SHARON - is hitting back at fans who buzz that he’s grossly underweight. DEVASTATED comic MARTIN SHORT is speaking out for the first time about the heart-crushing death by suicide of his 42-year-old daughter, KATHERINE. “It’s been a nightmare,” says the 76-year-old, who’s still coping after Katherine ended her battle with mental misery by shooting herself Feb. 23. “My daughter fought for a long time with extreme mental health, borderline personality disorder other things, and did the best she could until she couldn’t.” He compared her battle with his late wife NANCY DOLMAN’s fight against ovarian cancer before dying a 58 in 2010 noting that “mental health struggles and cancer can be terminal.”

The Father of the Bride star’s life has been ripped by tragedy. His older brother was killed in a car crash when Martin was 12. Three years later, he lost his mom to cancer and his dad died a year after that. Meanwhile, Katherine’s biological mom, KRISTINE SANZ, 63, said she believes Katherine would be alive today if they’d been allowed to establish a relationship. Kristine, who placed her for adoption as a teen, claims a security firm working for Martin drove her into hiding in 2007 (the firm denied her story).

EMINEM'S EX IN BOOZE BUST

Rap icon EMINEM’s ex-wife, KIM SCOTT, reportedly admitted downing booze before crashing her Range Rover into a parked Dodge Ram pickup and then driving off. After police tracked her to her home, the 51-year-old is said to have confessed to downing two margaritas at Chili’s before ramming the truck and fleeing the scene. She reportedly claimed another vehicle forced her to swerve into the pickup. Inside her SUV were her teen son PARKER, whose dad is not Eminem, and three of his friends, say sources. Cops reported her as having “glossy eyes, slurred/ slowed speech,” and say a mini-bottle of booze was found inside the car. She’s pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated and failure to stop after causing property damage and has a June 17 court date.

American Idol judge CARRIE UNDERWOOD is denying fan buzz that there’s bad blood between her and acid-tongued comic NIKKI GLASER after the funny gal guested as a co-judge on the talent show. “Had a fun night with the beautiful and hilarious Nikki Glaser joining us as a guest judge tonight on American Idol,” the Jesus, “Take the Wheel” singer said. L.A. cops rushed to Hogan’s Venice Beach pad May 1 where a woman, who was not identified, spoke with them about the disturbance. Hogan’s son CHANCE, who had reportedly left before police arrived, was later arrested with bail set at $27,770. TV SIS HASN'T SPOKEN TO ROSEANNE

LAURIE METCALF, who played ROSEANNE BARR’s sister on the hit sitcom Roseanne, says she hasn’t talked to the provocative 73-year-old comic since ABC canned her in 2018 - but denies any bad blood. “There’s nothing controversial,” insists Laurie, 70, now starring on Netflix’s series Big Mistakes. “We just haven’t spoken since we said goodbye at the end of the reboot.”

Roseanne’s hit sitcom was in its ninth year when her career spiraled into a nosediving crash after she sent an outrageous tweet comparing former President BARACK OBAMA’s advisor VALERIE JARRETT, who is Black, to an ape. Dancing With Wolves star NATHAN CHASING HORSE is being tossed in prison for 35 years to life for using his gig as a tribal medicine man to sexually prey on Native American girls and women. TIM CURRY'S GNAWING REGRET

TIM CURRY has played a slew of memorable characters – including Dr. Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Wadsworth in Clue and the hotel concierge in Home Alone 2 – but the primo part that he lusted after and didn’t get was cannibal Dr. Hannibal Lecter in The Silence of the Lambs.

Oscar winner ANTHONY HOPKINS, of course, notched the serial killer role where he made slurping sounds while describing his gruesome meal consisting of a man’s liver, some fava beans and a nice Chianti. Hopkins called the movie “the best script I ever read,” so it’s no wonder Curry was desperate for the part.

“One of my great regrets is that I read the script of Silence of the Lambs and I desperately wanted to play Hannibal Lecter,” says the actor, now 79. “My agent couldn’t get me in the room, but Tony Hopkins did a great job.”

Notably, Hopkins wasn’t the first choice! Late director JONATHAN DEMME said execs wanted James Bond stud SEAN CONNERY. But he read the script and “word came back that he thought it was disgusting and wouldn’t dream of playing that part.” Demme said: “So, great, now we can go to Tony Hopkins.”

STERN WALKS ON STREETWALKER BUST

DANIEL STERN, who played a bumbling burglar in Home Alone, won’t be going to the big house for allegedly soliciting a hooker in California. Prosecutors dropped his case after he completed an education class for first-time offenders, authorities say. The Ventura County D.A. says the misdemeanor charge has been dismissed.

That’s good because if tried and convicted, the 68-year-old comic faced up to six months in the clink and a $1,000 fine. Still, the bad publicity has tarnished Daniel’s rep. Before the bust, he was set to costar on the ABC sitcom Do You Want Kids? but he’s been axed from the gig. As for the prostitution charge, it was dropped because “the defendant did what he was supposed to do,” says the D.A. “This is our standard disposition for first-time prostitution offenses.”

DOUGLAS WAS THIRD CHOICE FOR WALL STREET

MICHAEL DOUGLAS won an Oscar and became an even bigger star for playing greedy corporate raider Gordon Gekko in the 1987 flick Wall Street, but the 81-year-old says he felt deflated when he learned two others turned down the role before him. “I saw an article recently that said that [director] OLIVER STONE first went to WARREN BEATTY, who passed on it, and then to RICHARD GERE, who passed on it,” Michael confesses. “I didn’t know any of that because you always like to think you were the one.” Still, Douglas was chilling as the calculating serpent who gives a lecture on why “greed is good” and says he was “honored and blown away” to be tagged for the role.

DAX SHEPARD CHEATS DEATH

At age 51, comedian DAX SHEPARD has got a showbiz career and two daughters with actress-wife KRISTEN BELL, but he’s still haunted by the terrifying car crash he barely survived as a high school senior. His pal was driving him from Toledo to Detroit in a tiny Ford Probe late at night, “so I go, ‘Hey, I’m gonna sleep in the back. Are you good to drive? [He said] ‘Yeah, I’m totally fine.’ He had the cruise control on 85.” Suddenly, Dax woke to find his friend asleep.

“I started to grab the wheel... we had gone completely sideways ... then we just launched in the air.. and started rolling right down the highway.” The car rolled 10 times and landed upside down. “We crawled out the windows,” he recalls. He says he had a moment of feeling “seconds away from dying” but miraculously, both he and his friend were uninjured.

London lawmen believe Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga star ANYA TAYLOR-JOY may have been the target when robbers broke into the apartment where she was staying with rocker-hubby MALCOLM McRAE.

BILLIE EILISH nabbed a Song of the Year Grammy for her tune Wildflower, but she might be looking for a new place to live if an Australian influencer has his way. After Billie, 24, slammed ICE tactics and also noted that “no one is illegal on stolen land” in her acceptance speech, political activist DREW PAVLOU threatened to fly to L.A. and “attempt to move into” Billie’s $6 million Malibu mansion.

Stressing the singer’s comment - “no one is illegal on stolen land” - Pavlou spouts: “This is an extremely radical viewpoint. She’s essentially arguing that the United States of America should be abolished - that it is an illegitimate nation due to the sins of colonization.”

Great news: Full House star DAVE COULIER has given cancer the boot! The gutsy 66-year-old declared he’s in remission after back-to-back battles with stage 3 Hodgkin lymphoma and tongue cancer in just two years. Calling his fight a “roller coaster ride,” he says he was able to keep the disease from beating him down “psychologically and emotionally” by “keep[ing] the people that [he] loves close.”

He especially singled out his wife since 2014, MELISSA BRING, 42, and his old Full House costar and bud JOHN STAMOS for boosting him during his fight. Melissa noted: “He has had a lot of loss in his life when it comes to ... cancer. He lost his mother, his sister, his niece. His other sister had it.”

A former MLB pitcher, the elder Mahomes was reported to cops for drinking, a violation of his five-year probation for a third DWI bust. He was also arrested for DWIs in 2008 and 2019 and banned from driving in 2024 after being caught without a license, say sources.

KRISTEN'S DESPERATE SNL WIG-OUT

COMEDIAN KRISTEN WIIG confesses that trying to be funny drove her to a breakdown during her brilliant stint on Saturday Night Live.

The now 52-year-old actress starred on TV’s iconic comedy show from 2005 to 2012 and says the pressure to make laughs with goofy characters drained her funnybone. Kristen recalls her original tryouts for the show nearly did her in, saying: “I auditioned twice and l remember when they had me come back for the second one, I was, like, I did everything ... | literally did every character that I have.”

Then after three years of performing, she had a breakdown, noting: “l’ve done every voice. TED LANGE played bartender Isaac Washington on the TV hit Love Boat from 1977 to 1986 and that’s the way he was treated by one of the hotshot guest stars who appeared on the romantic series. He recalls GAVIN MACLEOD, who played the ship’s captain, telling regular castmembers, “Go up to the guest star, shake their hands, and welcome them.”

So Ted approached one and “I said, ‘Hey, my name is Ted Lange, welcome to the show.’ And he went like this [making a face while yanking away his hand] and walked away.” Now Lange thinks the jerk probably thought he was an extra because of his bartender uniform. LOOPY LAMAR BUSTED AGAIN!

KHLOE KARDASHIAN’s ex-hubby, former NBA star LAMAR ODOM, is in trouble with drugs again. Las Vegas cops say the 46-year-old admitted smoking pot around 4 p.m. - 10 hours before they nabbed him Jan. 17 on suspicion of DUI while driving over 100 mph.

Police say a black SUV shot past them and changed lanes without signaling around 2 a.m. Officers say Odom was unable to touch the tip of his nose in six tries during sobriety tests. Asked if he’d suffered previous brain trauma, he reportedly said he’d survived “12 strokes and six heart attacks” after being “poisoned at a brothel.” In 2015, the 6-foot-10 Odom nearly died of a cocaine overdose after being found unconscious at Nevada’s Love Ranch. Three days after his current DUI bust, Odom insisted he had not had drugs or booze when arrested.

Muscle-bound Gladiator hunk DJIMON HOUNSOU’s baby mama, RIZA SIMPSON, was arrested by Atlanta cops after the star claimed she punched him in the face when he told her he wanted her to move out of their townhouse where they live with their two young kids. Simpson was charged with misdemeanors of domestic violence and obstruction for allegedly giving false information to police. She was released on $500 bond but moved to Fulton County Jail on an arrest warrant.

Former Jon & Kate Plus 8 reality mom KATE GOSSELIN had a terrifying run-in with a thief in a New Zealand grocery store. The 50-year-old said she was recovering trom a leg fracture operation and unsteady on her feet when the robber raced by trying to escape and nearly smashed her to the ground. “He ran past me and I’m just now starting to walk... and it sent me off my feet for a second,” says the shaken former reality star. BROWNE SON'S SAD CAUSE OF DEATH

The cause of death of rock icon JACKSON BROWNE’s son ETHAN has been revealed more than two months after his shocking demise - and it was drugs. The 52-year-old died from fentanyl and meth, says a report. On Nov. 25, the social media site for the 77-year-old Running on Empty singer posted the devastating news that Ethan was “found unresponsive” and had “passed away” at his home.

The caused of death was at the time “deferred” by the L.A. County Medical Examiner.
