SIX months after thrilled Full House star DAVE COULIER crowed he’d beaten lymphoma, the 66-year-old comic was slugged by docs with the bad news that he has tongue cancer.
“I said, “Are you kidding me?’” The medicos explained that “it’s totally unrelated to my non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. This is a new cancer” and “could stem from having an HPV virus up to 30 years ago,” which may have “activated and turned into a carcinoma.” The good news, says the funnyman, is it’s “very treatable, with “a 90 percent cure rate,” and “we’re going to start radiation therapy immediately.” He’s thankful for that, saying the radiation “is a whole different animal” from rugged chemotherapy, which he had for the lymphoma, as far as side effects.
Still, “it’s psychologically draining” and he worries about the effect on wife MELISSA BRING, 42, who he wed in 2014.
“It’s also a big drain to my wife, which is the biggest drain on me, seeing how this affects her.” The laugh-maker says he’s “cautiously optimistic, I’m going to get to the other side of this.” But he also feels doubly lucky, adding: “Hey, early detection saved my life, and now early detection saved my life again.”

The 53-year-old former Playboy Playmate reveals her true-life horror story that forced her to undergo nine surgeries on her mouth this past year. Dentists finally discovered the villain after they dug “into my jawbone ... and found I had a deep bone infection.”
The condition also caused “growths popping up on my eyeballs,” adds the busty beauty. “I’ve been on antibiotics for a year, and have had to eat soft foods only.” The condition barred her from gobbling regular eats, keeping her famed frame shapely. “As of now, I’m able to chew again, but every time we thought it had cleared up, it came back again.”
