The evidence pile just got bigger in the Carnival cruise murder case.
Federal prosecutors have turned over Anna Kepner’s Snapchat records and a fresh batch of FBI files to attorneys for her stepbrother, Timothy Hudson, the teen accused of killing her aboard the ship, KEEPING TABS can exclusively reveal.
New court filings show the defense received a forensic extraction of Kepner’s Snapchat account, additional Snapchat data, the warrant used to obtain it, plus FBI investigative reports and grand jury materials.
The filing doesn’t reveal what the records contain, as the evidence remains under a protective order.
Hudson has pleaded not guilty to charges prosecutors say include sexually assaulting and murdering Kepner during the family vacation.

Days before his trial, Duane “Keffe D” Davis is again insisting he didn’t orchestrate the rap legend’s killing – but says he knows who did.
The 63-year-old, who has pleaded not guilty, told KLAS he wasn’t in Las Vegas when Tupac was shot and instead blamed another former suspect. “To me, I think their witness, (Death Row Records former security chief) Reggie Wright Jr.”
“All he do is lie and tell stories. He even be on the interviews threatening my son, threatening my family,” he continued. “It’s wrong. Even (retired LAPD detective Greg) Kading be on them interviews threatening my family. It’s wrong, man. Period. It’s wrong.”
Now, the courtroom is set to decide whose story holds up.
Trump Clashes With Hegseth Over Iran Weapons Shortage

He allegedly confronted Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth at Camp David after learning the Pentagon was still grappling with munitions shortages tied to the Iran conflict.
According to The Washington Post, Trump believed the issue “had been fixed” before the reported clash. The confrontation came as Trump held off on further strikes against Iran, though he insisted it wasn’t due to weapon shortages.
“I do not want to kill people, but at some point we’re going to... we were all set for the biggest attack since World War II,” Trump said.
