EXCLUSIVE: Blake Wants Justin to Pay $8M Legal Bill
Blake Lively’s courtroom victory lap could come with an $8 million price tag – and she wants Justin Baldoni to pick it up.
New court filings show the actress is seeking more than $8 million in legal fees and costs after defending herself against Baldoni’s lawsuit. Lively argues the massive bill stemmed from the sprawling legal fight, which involved tens of thousands of documents, extensive discovery battles and nonstop media attention.
Her filing also points to the judge’s earlier finding that several claims against her “simply had no basis” and lacked “even an arguable basis in law or fact.”
Now Lively is asking the court to make Baldoni’s side pay for what she says was an expensive battle that never should have happened.
EXCLUSIVE: Meghan Mocked Over Hill-Sliding Video as Kate Comparison Grows
Kate Middleton’s latest mountain triumph has critics taking fresh aim at Meghan Markle.
After the Princess of Wales completed the grueling Three Peaks Challenge in support of cancer charity, an old clip resurfaced showing Meghan scooting down a small hill in her 2022 Netflix series while Prince Harry joked,
“She’s happy to go up the hill, but she hates going down the hill.”
Social media quickly seized on the side-by-side comparison, with one critic calling it “a perfect illustration of where their lives are at right now,” while another claimed it was “symbolic of their respective lives.”
One royal climbed three mountains. The internet made sure Meghan couldn’t escape one hill.
California Couple Helpless as Crocodile Kills Man at Beach
A dream vacation turned into a nightmare after a tourist was killed in a crocodile attack as two California visitors desperately tried to save him.
Jamie Yetter and her fiancé, Chris Bury, thought the man was caught in a rip current and rushed toward him in a kayak, only to realize a crocodile had him. “By the time I got to him, it was unfortunately too late,” Bury said. Yetter described the reptile as enormous and said she is “consumed with grief and anger.”
Authorities later recovered the victim’s body and reminded visitors that warning signs for crocodiles were posted along the beach.
It was a rescue mission that became a heartbreaking race they couldn’t win.
EXCLUSIVE: Casey Anthony Judge Says She'll 'Never' Tell the Truth
The judge who oversaw Casey Anthony’s murder trial still can’t believe the verdict.
Former Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. revealed he “had to read it twice” when the jury acquitted Anthony in 2011, saying prosecutors presented “a pretty powerful case.” As Anthony promotes her new memoir, Perry accused her of trying to rewrite history, insisting:
“Nothing can be further from the truth.”
He didn’t stop there, declaring, “The truth and her are strangers. They’re ships passing in the night,” before adding Anthony already knows what happened to Caylee.
His blunt advice? “Tell the truth.” Then came the kicker: “But she’ll never do it.”
Trump's State Fair Hit by Confederate Flag Controversy
Donald Trump’s Great American State Fair has landed in hot water again – this time over a Confederate flag display.
Visitors spotted the controversial symbol on video screens inside the North Carolina pavilion, sparking immediate backlash online. State officials quickly distanced themselves, saying, “This display does not reflect the North Carolina that we love,” while organizers insisted the footage was “unapproved” and removed it.
The controversy also prompted sponsor Mt. Olive Pickle Co. to pull out, saying it “stands on values of human dignity, opportunity and freedom.”
It’s the latest headache for Trump’s patriotic celebration, which has already faced criticism over attendance and other controversies.
