Bryan Kohberger wants a do-over.
The convicted killer is trying to undo the guilty plea that landed him four life sentences, claiming he was pressured into falsely confessing to the murders of four University of Idaho students.
In newly filed court papers obtained by KEEPING TABS, Kohberger alleges his lawyers used “threats,” “coercion,” false promises and withheld evidence to push him into accepting the plea deal. He also claims they failed to disclose evidence he believes could have helped his defense and misled him into thinking execution was inevitable if he didn’t plead guilty.
Kohberger is now asking a judge to let him withdraw the plea that spared him from the death penalty.
The legal battle he thought was over is just getting a second act.

Elsewhere, Biden trails off, asking, “Alright – what was I going to ask you?... Oh gosh. I can’t think of anything else,” and later admits, “It’s confusing me.”
Biden’s team blasted the release as political retaliation, but after years of courtroom wrangling, the recordings are finally public.

A frantic 911 call has revealed new details in the shocking shooting involving Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy’s family.
Authorities say it was the coach’s wife, Mia Bieniemy, who called for help after she was allegedly shot multiple times by the couple’s 27-year-old son, Elijah Zion Bieniemy.
Elijah has been charged with three felonies, including malicious wounding and firearm offenses, and is being held without bond. Mia, 57, suffered serious injuries but is in stable condition after being shot in the shoulder and forearm.
Investigators are still trying to determine what sparked the alleged attack. “We have to go through an entire investigation to find out exactly where everybody was, what everybody did, what prompted it,” Sheriff Mike Chapman said.
