Carrot Top’s legal baggage just got a whole lot heavier.
Former pal Brian Evans has refiled his lawsuit against the comedian in Florida, citing a separate case involving allegations Carrot Top served alcohol to an underage male and sexual misconduct claims. KEEPING TABS has not independently verified the allegations.
Evans also repeated his claim that Carrot Top sent him an unsolicited explicit video involving a male he believed appeared “significantly younger” than the comedian.
The singer wants their 2024 settlement tossed, claiming trauma from the Maui wildfires left him unable to fully understand the agreement. He’s now seeking damages and a jury trial.

Nick Reiner Pleads Not Guilty to Murdering Famous Parents
Nick Reiner’s family nightmare is headed to court.
A grand jury indicted Reiner on two murder counts in the December 2025 slayings of his parents, Hollywood legend Rob Reiner, 78, and Michele Reiner, 70. He pleaded not guilty.
“This was a profound betrayal by someone who was loved and trusted by the very people he is accused of killing,” Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said.
Prosecutors allege Reiner knifed his parents inside their Brentwood mansion, hours after reportedly clashing with his father at Conan O’Brien’s Christmas party.
He’s been jailed without bail since his arrest.

Nearly 30 years after the rap icon was gunned down in Las Vegas, jury selection is underway in Duane “Keffe D” Davis’ murder trial – and prosecutors have one shot to get it right.
“Enormous pressure, and it is one-way,” attorney Sam Mirejovsky told KEEPING TABS. “This is the only person ever charged in the most famous unsolved murder in Nevada history.”
Davis pleaded not guilty despite previously detailing his alleged role in the shooting in his memoir. He later claimed those admissions were simply a money-making ploy “If Davis walks, jeopardy attaches, and it is over. Forever. There is no second bite,” Mirejovsky warned.

Donald Trump’s alleged human alarm clock just short-circuited the internet.
Former Trump official Jayme Leagh Franklin went viral after keeping her hand near her stomach during a White House event, fueling a wild theory she was secretly “zapping” Trump awake.
One viral post claimed she had a button on her belly to jolt the president if he nodded off, earning her the nickname “The Zapper.” Franklin quickly fried that theory.
“I’m just pregnant, you weirdos,” she fired back.
She also denied Trump was sleeping, saying, “From my perspective, he was looking down.”

A federal judge ordered previously undisclosed documents tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s investigations unsealed, rejecting objections from his convicted associate.
Judge Loretta Preska found a “compelling need” to release the records, warning that secrecy could leave an “incomplete and potentially misleading picture of Maxwell and Epstein’s criminal activities.”
The files stem from late accuser Virginia Giuffre’s 2015 defamation lawsuit against Maxwell, which was settled in 2017. What new bombshells could emerge remains a mystery, and victims’ identities will be protected through heavy redactions.

Trump announced the shake-up, calling Leavitt one of his “most trusted aides” and saying she “will be departing her role at the end of the month so she can spend more time with her beautiful young children and family, a decision I totally understand and respect!”
But she’s not leaving Trumpworld entirely. “Karoline will now be one of my top outside advisors and an influential voice within the Republican Party, as we work to defy History, and conclusively win the Midterm Elections,” Trump added.
