After rumors he brewed prison booze, his team shot back: “The rumors claiming Mr. Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false.”

Witnesses told jurors Roberts had been drinking with teens, dancing and flirting with the boy before the two allegedly went upstairs.

When the teen’s mom asked if she could be pregnant, Roberts replied: “Yes,” adding the encounter “didn’t reach that point in those few minutes.”

Detectives are now combing through thousands of tips – including surveillance video showing a mystery car cruising past the neighborhood in the early morning hours she disappeared.
Cops also released footage of a masked man wearing gloves and a backpack near the property. The bag was identified as an Ozark Trail pack sold at Walmart – but Nanos cautioned the trail may not be so simple.
“That backpack is new, is exclusive to Walmart, but who’s to say I didn’t buy it and put it on eBay?” he said.
