Just weeks after Lindsay Clancy‘s murder trial ended in a dramatic mistrial, her pitbull lawyer Kevin Reddington is back in court – and he’s picking a fight with the judge.
The Massachusetts mother, who admitted to strangling her three young children in 2023, avoided a verdict after 11 jurors sided with her insanity defense. But one holdout refused to budge.
And apparently, Reddington hasn’t forgotten him.
During Monday’s heated hearing, the attorney publicly named juror Michael Desrovil while pushing to investigate his answers about prior arrests.
Judge William F. Sullivan wasn’t thrilled. He warned:
