EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Forfeits Phones, Laptops & Hard Drives Seized in Raids
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ digital empire just became government property.
A judge has officially handed federal authorities permanent ownership of the phones, laptops, hard drives and other devices seized during the dramatic raids on the disgraced mogul’s homes, KEEPING TABS can exclusively reveal.
Court records show investigators confiscated more than 90 items, including about 28 iPhones, 17 iPads, 10 MacBooks, 14 hard drives and SSDs, surveillance equipment and mysterious “Ibiza Tapes.” The filing doesn’t say what’s on the tapes, and no one stepped forward to challenge the forfeiture.
The order doesn’t affect Diddy’s prison sentence – it simply gives the government full ownership of everything seized.
Safe to say, he’s not getting those back.

Inside Trump's Blowup at Jeanine Over Reflecting Pool Case
Trump’s Reflecting Pool fiasco turned into a full-blown White House blowup.
After publicly blasting U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro over the dropped vandalism case, the president reportedly tore into her again behind closed doors. Trump fumed that Pirro “choked” and later claimed she “folded like an umbrella” after charges against former Olympian David Hearn were dismissed.
According to reports, the drama spilled into a heated White House meeting where Pirro allegedly clashed with Interior Secretary Doug Burgum over who was really responsible.
Despite whispers she could be fired, Trump insisted he hadn’t “made a determination” about her future.
One dropped case turned into one very unhappy White House.
Charlie's Suspect Expected to Miss First Shot, Prosecutors Say
Prosecutors say Tyler Robinson had a backup plan.
New court filings claim the man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk loaded his rifle with four rounds because he allegedly expected his first shot might “miss.”
According to prosecutors, Robinson practiced beforehand and knew he didn’t always hit the bullseye. They allege he climbed onto a rooftop at Utah Valley University before fatally shooting Kirk in September 2025.
The filing also claims Robinson later texted his roommate about retrieving the rifle he left behind after the shooting.
Robinson has pleaded not guilty, while prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
Declassified Memo Says FBI Debunked Trump-Comey Russia Claim
The Russia saga just got another twist.
The White House has declassified a secret FBI memo tied to a 2017 investigation into whether Trump fired former FBI Director James Comey at Russia’s urging – and officials now say the theory didn’t hold up.
The newly released documents show the FBI launched “Operation Oxferd Comma” to investigate whether Trump was acting “for or on behalf of” Russia or obstructing the bureau’s investigation.
But a White House official claimed the evidence had ultimately “debunked or ruled out” allegations that Trump or his campaign colluded with Russia.
The declassified memo is the latest chapter in the long-running Trump-Comey feud – one that clearly isn’t staying in the history books.
