Holmes, currently serving time for defrauding investors, already filed a “pending” pardon request in 2025. “(Holmes’) goal may solely to gain his favor,” Demleitner claimed.

The former U.S. Pardon Attorney is battling the Justice Department for records tied to the controversial push to restore Mel Gibson’s gun rights – and her own abrupt firing.
Oyer claims she was pressured to recommend Gibson despite him not undergoing the same vetting as other candidates. She refused, citing his prior domestic violence conviction and public-safety concerns, and was fired in March 2025.
Now she’s trying to force the DOJ to turn over documents she claims were improperly withheld. The department has defended its records search, while Attorney General Todd Blanche has denied the Gibson dispute caused her firing.

Tattoo Artist Offers $50 'Kirkiversary' Ink Where Charlie Was Shot

A Portland tattoo artist is getting torched online after offering “$50 neck tattoos” to mark the first anniversary of Charlie Kirk’s assassination – in “the exact placement of the kirkhole.”
The artist, known online as “BlackScratcher,” dubbed it a “Kirkiversary Special” and wrote: “Alright y’all, here it is. One year After Kirk CELEBRATION. customs flash whatever. as long as its this placement!!!.”
Kirk, 31, was fatally shot in the neck while speaking at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025.
Critics erupted, with one calling the promotion “Disgusting,” while another asked, “What is wrong with these people?”
The backlash apparently sent her social media accounts private.
