The former Trump White House press secretary is back in court, asking a judge for an emergency order after accusing her ex of violating the confidential settlement that ended their bitter legal battle, KEEPING TABS can exclusively reveal.
Grisham claims Miller broke the agreement by making public statements she says violated its confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions. She’s asking the court to order him to remove a social media post, stop making similar comments and block any further disclosure of protected settlement information.
The latest filing revives the years-long feud that followed Grisham’s abuse allegations against Miller, which he has consistently denied.
The settlement may be signed, but the battle isn't over.

The courtroom is getting louder for Foo Fighters drummer Ilan Rubin.
The rocker has been accused of continuing to block key financial records in his legal showdown with the fiancée of his late business partner.
In a new filing, Brandi Booth claims Rubin’s responses were so incomplete and disorganized they kept her from obtaining documents she says are essential to her defense.
She argues the records could show who really financed Q Drum and who should be on the hook for the company’s debts.
Booth is asking a California judge to order Rubin to provide proper responses and is also seeking $4,500 in sanctions after alleging months of failed attempts to resolve the dispute.

Former FedEx driver Tanner Horner has lost his bid for a new trial after a judge rejected claims that media coverage made his death penalty case unfair.
Horner pleaded guilty to abducting and murdering the 7-year-old but was still sentenced to death after jurors heard devastating evidence, including audio from inside his delivery truck.
His attorneys argued the publicity tainted the sentencing, but the motion was denied. District Attorney James Stainton said: “She is what matters, and we will continue to fight for her every step of the way until justice is finally served.”
The judge clearly wasn’t persuaded.

Donald and Melania Trump’s reported living arrangements are once again fueling speculation about the state of their marriage.
According to Trump biographer Michael Wolff, the couple lead “parallel lives,” from their separate White House bedrooms to separate apartments inside Trump Tower. He also claimed Donald favors flashy gold décor while Melania prefers a sleek, minimalist style.
Former Melania adviser Stephanie Winston Wolkoff has even described the marriage as “transactional,” while Wolff claimed a source close to the couple said Melania “hates his f------ guts.”
Apparently, they aren’t just decorating differently.
