Pam Faces Sex Discrimination Suit From Ex–Federal Employee
Pam Bondi just got slapped with a legal headache of her own – a sex discrimination lawsuit filed by former federal immigration judge Tania Nemer.
Nemer claims she was canned for being a woman, a U.S.-born daughter of Lebanese immigrants with dual citizenship, and a Democrat who once ran for office, despite being hired as the “perfect candidate” and earning top performance ratings.
In her suit, she says she was abruptly removed just 15 days after Trump’s second term began, even though her supervisor told her she was “one of his best” judges. She also notes two male, non-Lebanese probationary judges kept their jobs while she was axed, and alleges DOJ’s EEO office didn’t fully investigate. Bondi’s team argued she could fire Nemer “without cause.”
Nemer wants reinstatement, back pay, damages – the works. And considering Bondi’s recent on-air rant about “progressive left idiots,” this lawsuit may be the calmest thing on her schedule.
Melania & Barron Dragged Into MAGA Senator's Anti–Dual Citizenship Plan
A MAGA senator just lobbed a political hand grenade straight at the Trump family – proposing a bill that would force Melania and Barron to ditch their Slovenian citizenships or else.
Ohio Republican Sen. Bernie Moreno unveiled his “Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025,” declaring, “An individual may not be a citizen… while simultaneously possessing any foreign citizenship,” and insisting, “If you want to be an American, it’s all or nothing.”
The irony? Moreno was born in Colombia and didn’t become a U.S. citizen until he was 18. His bill would force Melania – who moved to the U.S. in 1996 – to choose between America and her homeland, while Barron, 19, would lose the Slovenian passport Melania reportedly wanted him to have so he could “work freely in all of Europe” and have “more options.”
Lucky for them, the Constitution says otherwise… this bill has about the same odds as Barron giving up Europe.
