The mystery surrounding Nolan Wells’ death has taken another dramatic turn after THE VAULT obtained the teen’s second autopsy report, which raises fresh questions about what happened during his tragic Fourth of July trip.

The preliminary report from forensic pathologist Dr. Roger A. Mitchell Jr. classifies both Wells’ cause and manner of death as “Undetermined – Pending Investigation,” stopping short of confirming drowning and highlighting several unanswered questions investigators must still resolve.
