Signals are coming in hot — but don’t stress, we’re Keeping Tabs. Here’s the latest buzz and gossip that’s shaking up the conversation today…
EXCLUSIVE: Jay-Z Fights to Keep $119K Judgment From Bankruptcy
Jay-Z isn’t letting this bill drop the mic.
The rap mogul is fighting to stop a $119,235.45 court judgment from being wiped away in bankruptcy, keeping alive the latest twist in his years-long paternity battle.
The debt is tied to attorneys’ fees and sanctions awarded after Jay-Z successfully fought lawsuits brought in connection with Rymir Satterthwaite, who has long claimed the rapper is his biological father – allegations Jay-Z has repeatedly denied and courts have repeatedly rejected.
Now, Satterthwaite’s grandmother, Lillie M. Coley, wants the case tossed, arguing she wasn’t properly served. But Jay-Z’s lawyers say she received the lawsuit multiple ways and insist “the obligation is nondischargeable.”
They’ve urged the judge to keep the case alive, making it clear they’re not about to let six figures disappear with the stroke of a pen.
Elizabeth Says There's Hope Savannah's Missing Mom Is Alive
Elizabeth Smart is refusing to give up on Savannah Guthrie’s missing mom.
The kidnapping survivor says there’s “still reason to have hope” that 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, who vanished from her Arizona home more than five months ago, could still be found alive.
Drawing on her own experience, Smart urged people not to rush to conclusions, saying: “I would remind people that we don’t know all the details. There is still reason to have hope that she is alive.” She added, “We shouldn’t give up until we find her.”
Nancy disappeared on January 31, and authorities believe she was abducted. The mystery deepened after alleged ransom notes surfaced claiming she was first “safe but scared” before a later message alleged she had died. As investigators continue searching, Smart is also asking for “compassion and grace” for the Guthrie family.
Until there’s proof otherwise, she’s keeping hope alive.
EXCLUSIVE: Jon Confronts RFK Jr. Over Parasite Outbreak Affecting 41 States
Things are getting real messy for RFK Jr.
The Health and Human Services secretary is under fire as a parasite outbreak linked to contaminated produce has sickened more than 11,000 people across 41 states, despite his insistence the crisis is “under control.”
Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff isn’t buying it. In a blistering letter, he accused Kennedy of staying silent during the outbreak and blasted his “reckless arrogance,” claiming he had “demolished America’s public health defense.”
Kennedy pushed back, insisting “Those criticisms are invalid” and denying cuts to key surveillance efforts hurt the response. Meanwhile, confusion continues after the FDA linked lettuce products to the outbreak, then admitted a positive lab test was a false alarm… though the recall remains in place.
One thing’s spreading faster than the parasite? The political finger-pointing.
EXCLUSIVE: Leah Faces Questions Over Celeb Status in Scientology Appeal
Leah Remini’s courtroom showdown just got even more dramatic.
The actress was grilled by a California appellate panel over whether she’s such a high-profile Scientology critic that she should face a tougher legal standard in her blockbuster defamation battle against the Church.
At the center of the fight is whether Remini must prove Scientology acted with “actual malice.” The Church argued she made herself a public figure through her TV series, book and media appearances, with attorney Kevin Rosen telling the judges: “She also interjected herself and started, frankly, the controversy with the church.”
Scientology also argued many of its statements were protected opinion or based on third-party sources. The judges didn’t rule from the bench, instead taking the case under submission.
One thing’s certain: this legal saga isn’t ready for its final episode.
Eric's Crypto Crisis: Prez's 'Forgotten' Son Loses $600M
Eric Trump’s crypto gamble has turned into a wallet-buster.
The president’s middle son has watched roughly $600 million in market value disappear after shares of his crypto venture, American Bitcoin Corp., crashed about 90 percent from last year’s highs.
The company, which Eric helped launch after pivoting away from AI and into Bitcoin mining, has been hammered by the broader crypto slump. Even so, Eric insists it’s only temporary, urging investors: “Just hold on guys, just hold on.”
He also recently celebrated the company crossing 8,000 BTC, boasting: “The stacking continues.” Despite the eye-popping losses, Eric and company executives remain convinced the business will rebound as competitors shift toward AI.
For now, though, those crypto dreams have taken one very expensive detour.
