EXCLUSIVE: Judge Judy Appeals Bid to Revive Defamation Case Against Tabloid
Judge Judy is banging the gavel one more time.
The TV icon is refusing to back down after losing her defamation lawsuit against the publisher of the National Enquire and In Touch. New court filings show Judy Sheindlin has appealed the dismissal, taking the fight to a federal appeals court in hopes of reviving her claims.
The case stems from articles that falsely suggested she tried to help Erik and Lyle Menendez secure a new trial. Sheindlin has maintained she never made the statements attributed to her, never appeared in the documentary referenced in the stories and had no involvement in the brothers’ case.
A judge previously called the mix-up a “genuine (though stupid) mistake” but ruled there wasn’t enough evidence to support her claims.
For most people, the verdict would be the end – but Judge Judy clearly isn’t ready to adjourn.
Corey Reveals Diagnosis After Scary Mid-Flight Health Crisis
Corey Feldman’s flight home turned into a nightmare at 30,000 feet.
The Goonies star was rushed to the hospital after suffering a mid-flight medical emergency, with a doctor onboard stepping in before paramedics met him at LAX.
Fortunately, the scare wasn’t as serious as feared. After concerns about pancreatitis or gallstones, Feldman’s team revealed he was actually battling a severe case of food poisoning.
His rep said he “is doing much better and is now out of the hospital.”
The health scare came just after Feldman celebrated the 40th anniversary of Stand by Me in Chicago with former castmates.
Harry and Meghan's Netflix Plans Spark Fresh Royal Fury
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be heading back to Britain… with cameras in tow.
The Sussexes are reportedly planning to film their upcoming U.K. trip for the Invictus Games countdown event, leaving palace insiders less than amused. Meghan hasn’t properly returned to England since Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022, making the visit a major royal moment on its own.
According to a source, “The idea that they could be bringing a film crew with them when they come to the UK has come as a very unwelcome surprise.”
Insiders claim William views the move as a “personal attack,” while Catherine is reportedly asking, “How could they do this all over again?”
Just when the royal drama starts to fade, someone yells, “Action!”
Bezos' $250M Mansion Plans Revealed on Billionaire Bunker Island
Jeff Bezos is building a billionaire’s billionaire bunker.
The Amazon founder is reportedly planning a jaw-dropping $250 million mega-compound on Miami’s exclusive “Billionaire Bunker” island, combining three waterfront properties into one sprawling estate.
Dubbed the “Palm Project,” the massive retreat is expected to feature resort-style pools, luxury entertainment spaces and every imaginable perk. Bezos has also reportedly assembled a star-studded team of architects and designers to bring the vision to life.
The billionaire and wife Lauren Sánchez are currently living nearby while plans move forward.
At $250 million, this isn’t a house – it’s practically its own country.
Kirk Assassination Case: Robinson's Lover Granted Limited Immunity
The Charlie Kirk murder case just got a new plot twist.
Lance Twiggs, Tyler Robinson’s former lover, has reportedly been granted limited immunity in exchange for a sworn recorded statement that prosecutors plan to introduce in court. Twiggs largely disappeared from public view after the shooting, sparking months of speculation about what he knew and whether he would ever speak.
While officials haven’t revealed what was said in the recording, prosecutors are expected to use it – along with messages between Twiggs and Robinson – at an upcoming hearing.
Meanwhile, Robinson’s legal team is pushing for delays, claiming they’re drowning in evidence.
After months of silence, Twiggs may finally be ready to talk… and prosecutors are already pressing play.
Trump Rages 'I'm the Boss' During Fiery G7 Meltdown
Donald Trump was in rare form – and that’s saying something.
Fresh off a headline-making appearance at the G7 summit, where he reportedly declared, “I’m the boss,” the president took aim at Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff in a fiery Truth Social rant after ally Mike Collins won Georgia’s Republican Senate runoff.
“So happy for highly respected Congressman Mike Collins. He will win his Senate Race in Georgia against a pathetic failed Dumocrat Senator, Os(j-rk!)off, who is a joke in D.C. Nobody even knows who he is!!!” Trump wrote.
The outburst came after a busy day of sparring over Iran, trading barbs with critics and generating fresh buzz online.
At this point, Trump’s biggest rival may be yesterday’s Trump headline.
