Plus, Nicole Kidman’s prenup ‘drugs clause’ may leave Keith Urban millions richer after their split: RADAR'S KEEPING TABS
Signals are coming in hot — but don’t stress, we’re Keeping Tabs. Here’s the latest buzz and gossip that’s shaking up the conversation today…
EXCLUSIVE: Mario Scores Legal Victory as Charges Are Thrown Out
A judge has dismissed with prejudice the $150 million defamation suit former NFL cheerleader Desiree Townsend filed against Mario Lopez.

Townsend, known as the “Flu Shot Cheerleader,” sued Lopez, NBC, Inside Edition, and even his lawyers after the Saved by the Bell star reposted a 2010 clip with the caption: “There’s gotta be some kind of award for this performance” and hashtags #MethodActor and #OscarWorthy.
Lopez argued his post was free speech – and the judge agreed, tossing the case and ordering Townsend to cover his legal fees. “The Court ruled that Lopez’s Instagram post… was protected free speech… and constituted non-actionable opinion, not defamation,” his attorney’s rep told KEEPING TABS.
Lopez also secured a restraining order after Townsend showed up at his home on Father’s Day and posted the footage online. Now, with the case behind him, Lopez is free to celebrate his win… and send the “Flu Shot Cheerleader” packing.
Inside Keith & Nicole’s Prenup: ‘Drugs Clause’ Could Make Him Millions as Couple Splits
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reportedly “separated,” and now divorce talk is swirling – with a prenup that could see the country star pocket millions.
Their 2006 agreement included a quirky “cocaine clause,” giving Keith $600,000 for every year of marriage – over $11 million total – if he stayed clean. The deal came after Keith’s past battles with drugs and alcohol, which nearly derailed their relationship.
“That’s the point right there where she really should’ve just walked,” he admitted to Oprah in 2010, recalling Nicole’s life-changing intervention. Keith later said: “Meeting Nic… became my sobriety.”
But despite the reported split – with Keith moving out and Nicole “holding the family together” – friends insist she still “wants him back.”
MAGA Melts as Bad Bunny Takes the Field With a Beat — and Maybe a Bite
Bad Bunny’s confirmation as the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show headliner sent some MAGA supporters into a major tailspin.
The 31-year-old rapper – who once blamed ICE for skipping U.S. tour dates and dropped a Trump-like voice in NUEVAYoL apologizing to “immigrants in America” – was unveiled Sunday night.
DEI critic Robby Starbuck blasted: “This is not a pick designed to unite football fans… No doubt Bad Bunny will find some way to push a woke message… This isn’t about music, it’s about putting a guy on stage who hates Trump and MAGA.”
Radio host Dan O’Donnell added: “Turns out his business sense far outweighs his moral convictions.” Podcaster Erick Klambara called it “the equivalent of having Morgan Wallen at a soccer game in Mexico.”
But still, many fans are cheering: “The MAGA meltdown over Bad Bunny is gonna be epic.”
EXCLUSIVE DETAILS: Alice Accused of Menacing Neighbor as Divorce Gets Uglier
Alice Evans was allegedly caught on Ring camera verbally attacking her elderly neighbor in the middle of the night.
The actress, in the thick of her split from Ioan Gruffudd, was seen outside the woman’s home “demanding she open the door or she will call 911” after a fight over a car-blocking note.
“What do you want?” the neighbor asked through the speaker. Evans snapped back: “You do not want to live in peace!” When the woman insisted she did, Evans barked: “Then why do you leave notes on my car then, b----?”
Witnesses claim Evans may have even pushed inside, raging: “You want to f--- people’s lives up… Everybody hates you.” As she left, she fired one last jab: “You are a scary old woman.”
Now, just weeks before court, the 102 Dalmatians star has dumped her lawyer and plans to represent herself… a move family law expert Renee Bauer warns is “filled with missteps.”
Mormon Church Massacre Latest: How the Shooter’s Mom Dropped a Chilling Clue
Just two days before a Michigan church massacre, the gunman’s mom posted a chilling Facebook rant about someone who refused to “accept accountability.”
Brenda Walters-Sanford blasted: “Conversations with you aren’t healing – they’re exhausting, draining, and emotionally suffocating.” She added: “I don’t owe my peace to someone who shows up only to argue, to gaslight, to manipulate, and then claim victimhood.”
Two days later, her son Thomas Jacob Sanford, 40, rammed his pick-up into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc, opened fire on worshippers, and set the chapel ablaze. At least four people were killed before police shot Sanford dead as flames engulfed the church.
The ex-Marine, who served in Iraq and earned multiple medals, had long struggled with PTSD, a family friend revealed: “He would make comments occasionally… I don’t know the depth of his issues.”
The haunting question remains: Was Mom’s post just a rant – or a red flag no one saw coming?
Robinson Appears in Court — Prosecutors Say Evidence Piles Up in Kirk Murder Case
Tyler Robinson made a terse return to court yesterday as his new lawyer declined to enter a plea and refused to waive a preliminary hearing – next date: Oct. 30.
Prosecutors say they’ve already amassed a “substantial” amount of discovery tying the 22-year-old to the rooftop ambush that killed Charlie Kirk. Robinson allegedly fired a bolt-action rifle that was later recovered with his DNA; his parents even ID’d him in crime-scene photos and he turned himself in.
Officials revealed he “did return to that campus and did make contact with an officer,” though they’re keeping details under wraps. Chilling texts allegedly from Robinson to roommate Lance Twiggs included: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I’m going to take it.” After the shooting he wrote: “I am still OK, my love. … Shouldn’t be long till I can get home, but I gotta grab my rifle still.”
Prosecutors say motive points to gay and trans rights: “I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.” Courtroom drama, lurid texts, and mounting evidence… the case is only getting darker.
Hegseth’s Rage Leaves Pentagon Staff Walking on Eggshells
Pete Hegseth is melting down, insiders claim… raging at staffers and spooking colleagues with increasingly bizarre behavior.
Insiders say the Secretary of Defense has been “obsessed” with his own safety since Kirk’s assassination, turning increasingly erratic. “There’s a manic quality about him. Or let me rephrase, an even more manic quality, which is really saying something,” one source revealed, while another bluntly said: “He’s crawling out of his skin.”
Hegseth, 45, has allegedly fired officials for talking to the press, pushed to rename the Department of Defense the “Department of War,” and even thrown “full-blown tantrums” when challenged. “That warrior persona, he’s spooked,” another insider said of his reaction to Kirk’s death.
Between pacing meetings, ranting about “woke” policies, and sharing sensitive strike details in leaked chats, staffers fear his meltdown is hitting national security.
