EXCLUSIVE: Nolan’s Family Demands Answers After Death Case Closed
A teen’s mysterious death, a controversial investigation, and a family demanding answers.
Nolan Wells, an 18-year-old Black high school football player, was found dead in Mississippi two days after going missing during a Fourth of July boat trip.
Now, the district attorney says no criminal charges will be filed, arguing that the viral narrative about three white friends returning while Nolan was left behind was false.
But civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, representing Nolan’s family, isn’t buying the decision, saying investigators are closing the case “without getting to the bottom of what caused the blunt force trauma to the back of his head and body”. A grand jury has reportedly found no fatal injuries — but for Nolan’s family, the fight for answers is far from over.
Oklahoma Man Busted After Allegedly ‘Planning Violence’ Against Trump
An Oklahoma man is facing serious prison time after allegedly posting a chilling threat against President Donald Trump.
Howard Gimmey, 47, has been charged with threatening the president and communicating a threat, facing up to five years behind bars and a $250,000 fine. He is due back in court on October 16. “I’m going to kill the President,” Gimmey’s alleged post began. “I’m going to make those who put me here pay.”
He allegedly went on to target Trump voters, warning they would face “some f***ing pain” if they crossed his path. “I am planning violence,” he allegedly concluded.
Prosecutors accuse Gimmey of making the threats “knowingly” and “willfully,” and acting “with recklessness”.
‘Dexter’-Obsessed Killer Stabs Woman 78 Times in Airbnb ‘Kill Room’
A real-life Dexter nightmare turned deadly.
Benjamin Day stabbed Maria Saceanu 78 times in a chilling murder plot. Day, then 19, allegedly lured the 24-year-old to an Airbnb for sex before taking her to his meticulously planned “kill room,” inspired by the hit TV show. The room featured a plastic-covered bed, weapons, duct tape and cleaning supplies.
After fleeing, Day flagged down a police car, claiming a fox or “wild dog” had bitten his bloody hand. But gaffer tape and an increasingly suspicious story soon landed him under arrest. Police discovered Saceanu’s body after the landlord reported blood near the stairs.
“Day had an obsessive personality and had become obsessed with the character Dexter. He planned this murder in meticulous detail,” Detective Matt Marston said.

EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay’s Hospital Raises Questions About Her Conduct in Malpractice Fight
Lindsay Clancy’s hospital is pointing the finger back at her as her malpractice battle over psychiatric treatment heats up.
Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island raised 26 defenses in a court filing, arguing Clancy’s own conduct, informed consent and possible third-party responsibility could affect her claims.
Clancy is suing medical professionals over psychiatric care she received before the January 2023 deaths of her three children, Cora, Dawson and Callan. But her attorney, Andrew Meyer Jr., says the filing is standard legal maneuvering, not a major setback.
“It’s more form than it is substance, and it’s of course our burden to prove the case,” Meyer explained. “The defense begins their case by denying everything and saying prove it,” he added, stressing,
“This is just the first step, and it’s just classic, and I wouldn’t read anything into it.”

Trump ‘Sets Aside Millions’ From War Chest to Protect Son From Potential Investigation
Dad’s got $400million in the bank — and Barron Trump could need the backup.
Trump is reportedly preparing a financial war chest to protect his youngest son, Barron, from potential Democratic investigations if Republicans lose control of Congress in November’s midterm elections.
The 80-year-old president allegedly fears Democrats could scrutinize his 19-year-old son’s business dealings, along with those of the wider Trump family, including First Lady Melania Trump.
“There’s enough Trump family corruption to go around,” House Judiciary Committee Democrat Jamie Raskin warned. A Democratic insider vowed: “Leave no stone unturned. No sacred cows for the most corrupt family in American history.”
Trump reportedly has $400 million in his MAGA Inc. super PAC, which could help cover legal expenses. He previously said the fund was intended to support Republican candidates he favors.
