CXMT claims the Pentagon relied on shaky evidence, including an unauthorized ad describing its products as “military grade.”
In February, officials said CXMT “should be removed” from the list, only to yank the notice that same day. By June, the chipmaker was officially back on it. CXMT claims political pressure may have fueled the reversal, though that allegation has not been proven in court.

New Yorker James Michael Breen Jr. is facing federal charges after investigators say he posted threatening messages about President Trump, including “somebody needs to kill him.”
FBI agents raided Breen’s Albany apartment on September 7, where he allegedly admitted writing three posts flagged by investigators.
But Breen reportedly insisted he never wanted Trump or an unnamed cabinet official harmed, claiming he only meant they should be removed from office.
The explanation didn’t sway investigators, who said they found probable cause to believe Breen knowingly made threats against the president.
Breen says he didn’t mean it literally – but the feds aren’t hitting “delete.”
Texas Church Leader Says Congregants Wished Trump Shooter Was 'More Successful'

A Texas church leader is under fire after revealing some congregants apparently wished the 2024 assassination attempt on Trump had been worse.
Reverend Babs Miller of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Austin stunned in a viral video: “We still have people in this church who wish that that young man had not just nicked his ear, but had been more successful.”
The church is attended by Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico, though there’s no evidence Miller’s comments had anything to do with him.
Critics quickly erupted, with one branding Miller a “repugnant excuse for a human.”

Lindsay's Lawyer Moves to Toss Murder Case After Hearing From Jurors
Kevin Reddington wants Lindsay Clancy’s case gone for good.
The defense attorney plans to ask a judge to toss the murder case after her explosive mistrial reportedly ended with 11 jurors favoring a “not guilty by reason of insanity” finding and one holdout.
“It will be a motion to dismiss based on what’s called double jeopardy grounds, because there’s no manifest necessity,” Reddington said.
Legal expert Caroline Polisi called the move a potential long shot, since double jeopardy typically doesn’t apply after a mistrial. But if Reddington pulls it off, the stakes are enormous: “If he wins that motion, she would go free.”
Reddington came one juror short – now he wants to shut the door on round two.
