Fetterman Shows Off Scary Stitches After Nasty Fall at Home
Sen. John Fetterman just proved he can take a hit and keep on grinning.
The Pennsylvania lawmaker, 56, shared a shocking photo of his stitched-up face two days after a cardiac-related fall near his home. “20 stitches later and a full recovery, I’m back home with @giselefetterman and the kids,” he posted on X. “I’m overwhelmed + profoundly grateful for all the well-wishes. Truly… Grateful for @UPMC for the incredible medical care that put me back together. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”
The image shows Fetterman with fresh stitches across his forehead and nose, iced coffee in hand. His rep said the fall was caused by a “ventricular fibrillation flare-up” that left him light-headed before he “hit his face with minor injuries.”

Greene fired back: “Apparently, this is what sent him over the edge. The Epstein files.” Looks like the MAGA honeymoon’s officially over.
