Sean “Diddy” Combs says prison is stalling his defense.
The jailed rap mogul is asking a federal judge for more time to respond to Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ sexual assault lawsuit, claiming life behind bars has made it difficult to prepare his case.
New court filings show Combs’ attorneys are seeking a second three-week extension, saying they’ve been “unable to communicate” with him at FCI Fort Dix and continue facing “significant challenges.”
Jones has accused Combs of sexual assault, sexual harassment, trafficking-related misconduct and forcing him into an environment involving drugs and unwanted sexual activity. Combs has denied the allegations.

The former president sparked a frenzy after stepping out with wife Hillary Clinton on Italy’s Panarea island, with critics claiming the 79-year-old looked dramatically older.

Sharon Osbourne’s The Talk scandal reportedly left Ozzy paying the price.
As the TV host faced racism and misconduct allegations in 2021, insiders claimed the Black Sabbath legend became so stressed it made him physically ill. While Sharon denied the allegations, one insider said Ozzy couldn’t “focus on anything else.”
“The stress has been unbearable for him, and he’s actually complained of feeling physically ill,” the source claimed, adding loved ones feared his already “fragile” body couldn’t “take the strain.”
After leaving The Talk, Sharon blasted CBS executives as “liars” and “hypocrites.”

Mom Guilty After Forcing 11-Year-Old Daughter to Birth Husband's Baby
An Oklahoma mom could spend the rest of her life behind bars after a jury found she looked the other way while her 11-year-old daughter endured unimaginable abuse.
Cherie Walker was convicted of six counts of child neglect and one count of enabling child sexual abuse after prosecutors said she knew her husband, Dustin Walker, was sexually abusing the girl but failed to protect her.
The case came to light only after the child gave birth at home without prenatal care or medical assistance. DNA later confirmed Dustin was the baby’s father. He pleaded guilty earlier this year and has already been sentenced to life in prison, along with consecutive child neglect sentences.
“I was horror-stricken to find out it’s an 11-year-old little girl who’s given birth,” Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson said.
Now, Cherie could be next to spend the rest of her life behind bars.
Don Jr. Faces Backlash After Old Trump Praise Resurfaces Amid Iran War
Donald Trump Jr.’s old Iran post is coming back to haunt him.
Back in April 2024, Don Jr. praised his father’s handling of Iran while taking a jab at Joe Biden, writing, “Remember when they said Trump would get us into a full-blown war with Iran? Times like these should make us all realize how lucky we were to have Trump, his strength and his resolve.”
Now, with the U.S. engaged in a deadly conflict with Iran, journalist Aaron Rupar resurfaced the post with one word: “Update?”
Critics didn’t hold back. “Pretty wild he didn’t delete that lol,” one person wrote, while another added, “I’m surprised they haven’t deleted this.” Others zeroed in on Don Jr. referring to his father by their shared last name.
Talk about a post that didn’t age well.
