Former prosecutor Kevin Flynn said: “We never had a judge order us to turn over these tapes… It was a showing… there was abuse in the grand jury process.”
He called the missing recordings “extraordinary” and predicted the DOJ will drop the case: “Pam Bondi [will] completely get destroyed.” Judge William Fitzpatrick also suggested dismissal, warning prosecutors may have acted “in reckless disregard of the law.”
