EXCLUSIVE: Chrisleys Claim Lawyers' Mistakes Cost Them Their Freedom & $25M
Todd and Julie Chrisley are coming for their former lawyers’ wallets.
The disgraced reality TV couple has filed a legal malpractice lawsuit claiming their attorneys made a “catastrophic, unforced error” that helped send them to federal prison and cost them more than $25 million.
In the bombshell filing, the Chrisleys argue their legal team failed to properly challenge evidence tied to an allegedly illegal warehouse search – evidence they claim became the backbone of the government’s case. They insist that without those documents, “there was no prosecution.”
Now free after receiving presidential pardons, the former Chrisley Knows Best stars are demanding millions in damages and blaming their legal team for the fallout.
They may be out of prison, but they’re not done handing out blame.
Diddy Sued by Former Child Actor Over Sexual Assault Claims
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal nightmare just found a new headline.
The jailed music mogul has been slapped with yet another explosive lawsuit, this time by a former child actor who claims he was sexually assaulted after being promised career opportunities at a Hollywood networking event when he was still a minor.
The accuser, identified only as John Doe, alleges Diddy lured him into a private room and abused him. He’s also suing his former agents, claiming they helped create the environment that gave the rapper access to young aspiring performers.
Diddy’s representatives have blasted the allegations as “false and ridiculous” and insist the claims won’t hold up in court.
At this point, Diddy’s lawsuit list is starting to look longer than his discography.
EXCLUSIVE: JPMorgan 'Sex Slave' Accuser Moves to Refile Lawsuit
Wall Street’s nastiest legal feud just got a major upgrade.
Former JPMorgan employee Chirayu Rana is trying to ditch state court and take his explosive case against ex-executive Lorna Hajdini federal, claiming key allegations were left out of his original lawsuit.
Rana’s new legal team says it uncovered potential federal claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and labor law violations that weren’t included the first time around. Now he’s looking to roll everything into one high-stakes courtroom battle.
Hajdini has denied the allegations and fired back with a defamation countersuit, ensuring the fight is far from over.
This lawsuit is getting a promotion… straight to federal court.
CBS in Crisis as Leaked 60 Minutes Transcript Sparks Fresh Drama
CBS is serving up drama faster than it serves up news.
A leaked transcript from an unaired 60 Minutes interview has added fresh fuel to the network’s ongoing meltdown following Scott Pelley’s dramatic exit.
The transcript, released by Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice, shows a tense back-and-forth in which she claims Pelley repeatedly challenged her account of FBI interactions and came across as “callous” and dismissive.
The leak landed just as CBS was already dealing with fallout from Pelley’s departure and reports of internal clashes over the network’s direction. Meanwhile, accusations of censorship, newsroom infighting and leadership battles continue to swirl around the embattled broadcaster.
At this point, CBS has more leaks than a broken faucet.
Karmelo Convicted After Jury Rejects Self-Defense Defense
The jury wasn’t buying what Karmelo Anthony was selling.
The Texas teen has been found guilty of murdering 17-year-old Austin Metcalf after jurors rejected his claim that he acted in self-defense during a deadly confrontation at a high school track meet.
Prosecutors argued Anthony turned a brief dispute into a tragedy when he stabbed Metcalf in the chest. The closely watched trial featured emotional testimony, graphic autopsy evidence and Anthony’s reported admission to police: “I’m not alleged, I did it.”
Now the 19-year-old faces a possible sentence of up to 99 years behind bars as the case moves to the punishment phase.
One argument ended at the track meet – this one could end with a lifetime behind bars.
Kaitlan Says Trump Craves Praise From Media MAGA Loves to Hate
Kaitlan Collins thinks Trump’s biggest media feud might actually be a love story.
The CNN anchor claims the president secretly craves approval from the very news outlets and reporters his supporters love to bash, arguing he’s long been obsessed with managing his own image.
Collins pointed to Trump’s history of calling reporters directly and his alleged habit of posing as his own spokesperson, while insisting he still wants coverage from the mainstream press despite constantly attacking it.
Her comments come after Trump recently blasted Collins as “corrupt” and claimed she has “hatred in her eyes.”
For all the fighting, Collins says Trump keeps coming back for more.
