EXCLUSIVE: Trump DOJ Jumps Into $6.9B Oklahoma Smelter War
Donald Trump’s DOJ is jumping into a $6.9 billion metal meltdown.
The administration wants a judge to toss Oklahoma’s lawsuit blocking a massive aluminum smelter, arguing the project is critical to national security and warning that stopping it risks “undermining national security.”
The proposed plant would become America’s largest primary aluminum smelter, producing metal used in fighter jets, missiles and military equipment.
But Oklahoma officials are raising pollution fears, claiming the facility could release hundreds of tons of hydrogen fluoride annually. Now a judge must decide whether the $6.9 billion project stays alive.
Heavy metal, heavier drama.
EXCLUSIVE: Rudy Demands Secret FBI iCloud & Phone Files
Rudy Giuliani wants the feds to spill their surveillance secrets.
The Trump ally is demanding sealed records behind warrants that targeted his iCloud and tracked his cellphone locations during a years-long investigation into his dealings with Ukrainian figures.
Giuliani, who was never charged with a federal crime in the probe, wants to know what evidence investigators used and whether the searches were “constitutionally defective.”
One warrant targeted his iCloud, while another sought “prospective and historical location information” from two phone numbers linked to him. A federal judge has ordered the government to respond by September 14.
Now Rudy wants to know just how deep the feds were digging.
Lindsay's Lawyer Slams Hannity & Nancy Grace: 'It's Been Horrific'
Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer is coming out swinging at the talking heads.
As jurors deliberate her fate, attorney Kevin Reddington blasted Sean Hannity and Nancy Grace over their coverage of the murder trial.
“This weekend has been horrific with the (media) coverage,” he said, before branding Grace the “Queen of Mean.”
“I challenge Nancy Grace to show us where Lindsay Clancy ever said, ever googled ‘How to kill’ – words that came out of (Grace’s) mouth,” Reddington fired back. “These things hurt, these things hurt people. If you’re going to be a journalist, do it right.”
Clancy’s defense argues postpartum mental illness left her not criminally responsible for killing her three children.
The jury’s still out… Reddington’s claws are not.
Tupac Killer Keffe D Demands Appeal After Guilty Verdict
Duane “Keffe D” Davis isn’t taking his guilty verdict quietly.
Moments after a Las Vegas jury convicted him of orchestrating the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, the 63-year-old declared he wants to appeal.
Jurors took less than three hours to reach their decision after a two-week trial. Davis remained stone-faced as the verdict was read before raising his fist while leaving court and asking for his cellphone and laptop back.
Prosecutors argued Davis helped plan the deadly hit and supplied the murder weapon, though they never claimed he pulled the trigger. He will remain behind bars without bond until his October 13 sentencing.
After nearly 30 years, the Tupac mystery now has a courtroom answer.
EXCLUSIVE DETAILS: Trump Scores Supreme Court Win in $400M Ballroom Battle
Trump’s $400 million ballroom just got a Supreme Court-sized green light.
The justices cleared the way for construction to continue, pausing a lower-court order that had largely blocked above-ground work on the massive White House project.
The redevelopment also includes a nuclear-ready underground “fortress” with bomb shelters, sniper nests and a drone port.
Officials argued the ballroom’s “height and mass” are “crucial” to protecting the underground installation from “kinetic impacts.” But Chief Justice John Roberts warned in dissent: “That construction is likely unlawful.”
For now, Trump can keep building… even as the legal battle rages on.
