Order up a win! Vanderpump Rules stars Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney just scored a major legal victory after their ex–sandwich shop partner dropped her lawsuit like a stale baguette.
Celebrity chef Penny Davidi, who once helped craft Something About Her’s menu – including the “Greek Goddess” sandwich (later renamed “The Meg”) – had sued the pair last July… claiming they pushed her out of their West Hollywood eatery and reneged on their deal.
But in fresh court docs obtained by KEEPING TABS, Davidi asked for a full dismissal “with prejudice,” confirming “the parties have resolved all their disputes.” Her lawyer added she’s already “involved in an entirely different business venture now.”
The culinary clash had turned extra spicy when Davidi shaded the menu as “underwhelming” and “not the vision I had for this place.” Now? Case closed… and the sandwiches are safe.

Moments later, the ex-NFL star was cuffed and charged with DUI and gun possession after cops found two firearms, including a loaded pistol, in his car. He even tried to pay the other driver $2,000 to keep quiet.
Cutler pled guilty, served just two and a half days in jail, and paid a $350 fine – proving his shortest drive wasn’t on the field… but to county lockup.

Brooklyn Beckham’s billionaire in-laws are trying to make a nasty bite scandal go away – literally.
Housekeeper Mileydis Morejon sued Nelson and Claudia Peltz, claiming their pit bull Houdini attacked her “multiple times” inside their $106 million Palm Beach mansion.
She said the dog tried to rip her clothes off, forcing her to fight him off with a vacuum cleaner, and once “fell to the ground attempting to escape” as Houdini “lunged at and attempted to attack” her.
Morejon accused the Peltzes of ignoring the dog’s “vicious nature” and demanded over $75,000 for her injuries, pain, and medical bills.
Nelson denied everything, insisting she “routinely interacted” with Houdini without issue – but despite the denials, the family has now offered a settlement to make the whole dogfight quietly disappear.

Guess who’s not paying tonight? A Florida woman was busted after claiming her “husband” – rap icon Eminem – would pick up her $27.55 tab at Darrell’s Dog Gone Good Diner.
Cops say Jennifer Kleber, 54, told officers her “spouse, Marshall Mathers,” would handle the bill because “he has unlimited money.” The diner staff said she “appeared to be drunk or on drugs” and had ordered soda, two entrées, and a chocolate milk – no word on whether it was Mom’s Spaghetti.
“She said Eminem paid her tab before and would again,” laughed one server, who admitted the whole diner’s still cracking up. Kleber, who’d also skipped out on another meal days earlier, was arrested, banned, and now faces trespassing charges – while the diner plans to sue her for both bills.
