EXCLUSIVE: Why Andrew Windsor Has Been Stripped of His Priceless Art Collection in Latest Humiliating Blow to Ex-Prince
Another blow as his royal life continues to unravel.
Andrew Windsor has been stripped of access to his prized art collection in what sources describe as the latest humiliating blow for the former royal, following his eviction from Royal Lodge and fall from public life.
The 66-year-old, who recently relocated from Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate to a renovated Marsh Farm residence, has seen removal teams transport select personal artworks to his new home.
Lorries operated by Gander & White – a specialist fine art logistics firm with a royal warrant – were spotted arriving at the Norfolk property, believed to be carrying paintings and artifacts from his private holdings.
However, much of the collection previously displayed at Royal Lodge remains under the control of the Royal Collection Trust, which oversees works held on behalf of the monarch and distributes them across official residences and exhibitions.
Sources familiar with the arrangements say the loss of access to these pieces has been a significant setback for Andrew.
