Carrot Top’s legal headache is back – and his former friend is bringing some explosive allegations with him.

Billboard-charting singer Brian Evans has filed a lawsuit against the comedian, whose real name is Scott Thompson, in Broward County, Florida, as Evans continues his fight to unravel a controversial 2024 settlement between the pair.

The newly obtained complaint, filed August 6, seeks declaratory judgment and rescission, fraudulent inducement and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

But buried deeper in the filing are allegations involving an explicit video, promises of Hollywood opportunities that Evans claims never materialized – and a reference to an entirely separate case that Evans argues points to a troubling “pattern” of behavior.
