A bombshell new court filing accuses the musician of orchestrating a calculated effort to take control of boutique drum company Q Drum Co. after the death of his longtime business partner, Jeremy Berman.
Brandi Booth, Berman’s longtime partner, executor and sole beneficiary, claims Rubin ignored her rights as successor to Berman’s 51 percent ownership interest and instead launched a campaign to seize control of the company.
