Pam Bondi just became Luigi Mangione’s newest courtroom target.
Mangione’s defense team filed a fiery letter Tuesday in Manhattan federal court accusing the former Attorney General of violating court rules on prejudicial pretrial publicity – and arguing they now need broader juror questioning to uncover what they called “the damage she has caused.”
The explosive filing was submitted May 26 before U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett in the Southern District of New York as prosecutors continued fighting to limit many of the defense’s proposed jury-selection questions.
But Bondi wasn’t the only focus of the filing.
