Filed in New York earlier today, the order and attached jury questionnaire in Blake Lively v. Wayfarer Studios LLC et al. do not argue the case itself, but instead reveal what the court is concerned about, what risks it sees in the trial, and what kind of jurors could ultimately decide the outcome.
