Hi everyone…

Ashlyn Walker here, and I’ve got the latest dirt on Bryan Kohberger‘s desperate fight to undo his guilty plea.

This legal mess just got a whole lot bigger.

The convicted Idaho 4 killer’s new attorney claims a massive chunk of defense material is still missing as he digs into allegations of threats, broken promises, and questionable legal advice surrounding Kohberger’s decision to plead guilty.

We’re talking roughly 68 terabytes of records, 12 prison interviews and a lawyer who says he’s nowhere near finished investigating.

Oh, and the missing material? According to the latest filing, approximately 17 terabits of information still haven’t made it into the defense’s hands.

I’ve got the October 27 court filing detailing the missing records, the behind-bars meetings and the new legal battle over Kohberger’s plea.

Here’s where things get complicated.
