Things just got seriously unfunny for Carrot Top.

The longtime Las Vegas comedian has been slapped with a bombshell federal lawsuit by former opening act Brian Evans, who claims the comic sent him an unsolicited sexually explicit video before persuading him to sign a settlement agreement Evans now wants tossed out.

According to the complaint filed July 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Evans alleges Carrot Top – whose real name is Scott Thompson – texted him “a sexually explicit video depicting Defendant engaged in oral sex with a male who appeared to Plaintiff to be significantly younger than Defendant.”
