Sean “Diddy” Combs is turning the tables on former collaborator Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones – accusing the producer of stealing private footage and cashing in on a rival Netflix documentary.
In explosive new federal court documents obtained by THE VAULT, Combs alleges Jones abused the access he was given while working as an engineer on The Love Album: Off the Grid to secretly obtain computer drives containing footage intended for Combs’ own documentary.
The mogul claims the footage ultimately landed with Netflix, West Tower Road LLC and/or Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson for use in Sean Combs: The Reckoning.
But buried deeper in the 61-page filing are far more specific allegations about where the drives were allegedly taken, how long Jones appears in the Netflix series and the serious claims Combs says his former collaborator made about him on camera.
