An alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein has accused billionaire financier Leon Black of bankrolling Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation, according to an exclusive lawsuit obtained by THE VAULT. The accuser, identified as “Jane Doe,” claims Black sent Epstein roughly $170 million under the guise of tax and estate planning – money she alleges helped Epstein “recruit, lure, coerce, and entice young women and girls.”

The lawsuit targets Bank of America, accusing it of ignoring red flags and failing to file required Suspicious Activity Reports despite the unusually large payments. Court filings note the sums were “an abnormal amount” with no written contract.

Separately, Black allegedly acknowledged his financial role in a $62 million settlement with the United States Virgin Islands, where he obtained immunity from trafficking charges after admitting Epstein used his money to fund operations there. Both Black and Bank of America are now under Senate scrutiny, with Jamie Raskin pressing the bank over how Epstein’s finances went unchecked for years.

Below: The FULL original and amended lawsuits, as well as the agreement Black negotiated with the U.S. Virgin Islands.
