A bombshell 101-page lawsuit is laying out, in graphic detail, what a former Cornell University student claims happened during an alleged hours-long sexual assault inside the school’s Chi Phi fraternity house.
The civil complaint, filed Sept. 16, names seven current or former Cornell students and Chi Phi members – Matthew Ingalls, Johnathan Newell, Winston Lee, Gillio Lopes, Diego Sarabia, Scott Norris and Scott Kretzschmar – and accuses them of sexually assaulting the then-20-year-old woman during the night of Oct. 19 into the early hours of Oct. 20, 2024.
The allegations include claims involving alcohol and ketamine, an alleged members-only Snapchat message advertising “free pussy” upstairs and the woman allegedly hiding her naked body beneath bedcovers as fraternity members entered the room.
