Embattled Rep. Max Miller’s legal nightmare is getting even messier.
Days after his ex-wife Emily Moreno filed a bombshell federal lawsuit accusing the Ohio congressman and his attorney of recklessly exposing an intimate image of their 2-year-old daughter online, THE VAULT can reveal the stunning details buried inside the 20-page complaint.
The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the former couple’s two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, identified only as R.M., names Miller, attorney Aaron Minc and Minc LLC as defendants.
But the allegations go far beyond an image accidentally slipping into a batch of documents.
Court records detail exactly where the photo allegedly appeared, how long it remained accessible and the extraordinary level of access allegedly given to people who opened the public folder.
