The Ohio father accused of keeping his 16 children in filthy conditions inside the so-called “House of Horrors” is fighting back in court – and THE VAULT has obtained the explosive filing.
In a newly filed motion, Gary Siders Jr. is asking a judge to slap a gag order on the case, arguing repeated public comments by prosecutors and law enforcement have already jeopardized his right to a fair trial.
The filing accuses officials of fueling a media firestorm that the defense says could taint future jurors before the case ever reaches trial.
