Read Word-for-Word: PK Kemsley Accuses Dorit of Refusing to Save Their Mansion in Explosive New Court Filing
PK wants sole control of the home sale, claiming Dorit left the country as foreclosure deadlines closed in.
Paul “PK” Kemsley is accusing Dorit Kemsley of jetting off to Europe while their multimillion-dollar mansion teeters on the edge of foreclosure.
In explosive new court filings obtained by THE VAULT, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s estranged husband claims Dorit abandoned efforts to save the Encino estate, forcing him to ask a judge for sole control over selling the home.
PK alleges he fronted $300,000 to keep foreclosure at bay after Dorit promised she’d sign an agreement guaranteeing he’d be repaid from the sale proceeds – but says she later refused.
He also claims Dorit disappeared on a minimum three-week European vacation, leaving their two children with her parents in Florida while the family’s financial crisis worsened.
In his declaration, PK alleged: “I can confirm that the children and the nanny do not know where Petitioner is or when she is coming back.”
