It’s a full-blown legal clapback.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is pushing back hard against claims made by music producer Jonathan Hay – who has accused the mogul of sexual abuse in a civil lawsuit now tied to a wider criminal inquiry – and his response pulls no punches.

Hay alleges two disturbing incidents in 2020 and 2021, claiming Combs engaged in explicit misconduct during a photoshoot and later forced him into a sexual act during a music session – accusations he says left him deeply traumatized and afraid to come forward for years. The claims are now under review by authorities.

In newly filed court documents, Combs and his companies “deny generally and specifically, each and every… allegation” laid out in the complaint, insisting the plaintiff “has been injured and/or damaged… or at all.”

The filing makes it crystal clear: Diddy’s team is rejecting the case across the board, stating they “deny liability for any of the conduct alleged… or at all,” and arguing Hay is not entitled “to any of the relief sought… or at all.”

But it doesn’t stop there. Read the full court filing below:
