Don Lemon’s legal war with the feds just exploded.
Newly unsealed federal court records reveal prosecutors secretly tried – and failed – multiple times to get sweeping search warrants tied to the explosive Minnesota anti-ICE church protest case that led to Lemon’s controversial arrest.
But the failed warrants were only the beginning.
The bombshell filings also include accusations of grand jury misconduct, claims prosecutors improperly communicated with jurors behind closed doors, allegations dissenting jurors were pushed out of deliberations – and a judge’s jaw-dropping statement that they had “never seen the types of prosecutorial behavior” allegedly exposed in the transcripts.
