Todd and Julie Chrisley are taking aim at the very lawyers they trusted to defend them, claiming a series of catastrophic mistakes during their federal fraud case cost them their freedom, their careers, and more than $25 million.
According to a bombshell lawsuit obtained by THE VAULT, the reality TV stars have sued former law firm Balch & Bingham LLP and attorney Chris Anulewicz – accusing them of legal malpractice and alleging their failures ultimately led to the couple’s convictions and prison sentences.
And just a few pages into the filing, the allegations get even more explosive.
