Tupac Shakur’s family has laid out explosive allegations surrounding his 1996 murder in a wrongful-death lawsuit that claims the killing was the result of a sprawling conspiracy involving money, planning, and players who have never been held accountable.

The complaint was brought by Tupac’s stepbrother Maurice “Mopreme” Shakur, acting as administrator of the estate of Tupac’s late stepfather, Mutulu Shakur, and names accused murder mastermind Duane “Keefe D” Davis along with as many as 100 unidentified Doe defendants.
