PHYPERS FORCED TO PONY UP!
MIRED in an ugly divorce with estranged wife DENISE RICHARDS and claiming he’s broke, former wellness guru AARON PHYPERS has now been slammed as a fraud and has to shell out $160,000 to pay a default judgment. The wallop in the wallet comes from an L.A. court that ordered him to pay widower RUPERT PERRY, who says his wife, ELINA KATSIOULA-BEALL, passed away in May 2024 after battling sarcoma cancer.
Earlier in November 2023, Rupert claims Elina, desperate because her cancer treatments weren’t working, went to Aaron, who was running a wellness center that offered stem-cell procedures that would cure or “ameliorate” her condition. He claims Aaron bragged about a 98 percent success rate and promised a 50 percent refund if his cure didn’t work. Rupert says the treatments failed and when Elina demanded her $63,000 refund, Aaron ignored her until she passed away.
A source says Aaron claims his center was the middleman and he isn’t personally responsible for the dough. Now, he’s ordered to pay Rupert $160K. He’s also been clobbered with a permanent restraining order with Denise, who’s accused him of domestic violence.
TARYN'S GIRL TROUBLE
A blood-chilling video catches Orange Is the New Black star TARYN MANNING seemingly attacking her former galpal and makeup artist HOLLY HARTMAN. The 47-year-old actress is heard yelling, “Look what you’ve done to my f**king studio” and threatens to call cops on the video filmed by Holly, who replies: “Call ... I’ll show them you just attacked me,” as Taryn seems to lunge at her and the film ends.
The pair have been in physical altercations in the past, including Taryn’s 2012 arrest, where charges were later dropped. In 2016, Holly claimed Taryn “whipped me with a wet towel. Sprayed Windex in eyes and mouth. Put me in a headlock cutting off air.”
Meanwhile, Taryn insists Holly is “not” her girlfriend, but a “fan I befriended 18 years ago. It’s too much. She’s crazy.” She adds, “She’s living in my office because she’s homeless.” Whew!
JENNY JAWS ABOUT HEALTH CRISIS
The Masked Singer judge JENNY McCARTHY has revealed the “living hell” she’s suffered due to a mold that triggered painful jawbone infections and eye growths. The 53-year-old former Playboy centerfold says her tortuous health crisis began with an infected root canal for “three toxic infections hiding underneath wisdom teeth leading to insomnia, painful leg cramps and growths on her eyelids.
“My teeth were falling out, implants falling out. They finally had to dig into my jawbone and chipped away, and found I had a deep bone infection and have had to eat soft foods only,” says the beauty, who credits hubby and Boston Blue star DONNIE WAHLBERG for helping her deal. “As of now, I’m able to chew again, but every time we thought it had cleared up, it came back again.”
HOWIE'S GROVELING KELLY APOLOGY
HOWIE MANDEL believes comics should never apologize for a joke – but he’s saying he’s sorry to KELLY RIPA and her hubby, MARK CONSUELOS, cohosts of TV’s Live With Kelly & Mark. The tempest in a teapot began when Mark told guest Howie he “looked great” for 70.
He seemingly got miffed and snapped back: “I look great? That doesn’t mean anything to me ... It’s like saying you’re smart for a stupid person.” Days later, the America’s Got Talent judge posted an apology to Kelly and Mark, saying he was joking, but “sometimes... things don’t land the way you mean them to. And ... not only do I want to say I’m sorry to Kelly but you’re absolutely right... I do. I look great for my age.”
DEATHS, LAWSUITS... AND MORE!
Actress MARY BETH HURT, who starred in the ‘70s hits The World According to Garp and Woody Allen’s Interiors, has passed away at age 79 in a New Jersey assisted living facility following a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Her hubby, PAUL SCHRADER, who wrote Taxi Driver, Raging Bull and American Gigolo, and their daughter, MOLLY, posted on Instagram: “She was an actress, a wife, a sister, a mother, an aunt, a friend, and she took on all those roles] with grace and a kind ferocity.”
TAYLOR SWIFT’s a billionaire so she’ll be able to afford paying if she loses a trademark lawsuit by MAREN WADE, a Las Vegas singer, TV host and columnist who claims the title of Taylor’s latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, was taken from her Confessions of a Showgirl newspaper column. Maren claims she registered her Las Vegas Weekly column in 2015 and the trademark office refused to register Taylor’s title, which is “confusingly similar” to hers.
More than 13,000 have bought songs by blues singer EDDIE DALTON and more than 500,000 are fans - but the crooner of iTunes Top 10 hits Another Day Old and Running to You doesn’t exist. Sources claim Eddie, pictured as a middle-aged black man, is the Al creation of Crusty Records, which uploaded the fabricated singer to streaming services.
